No Refund Policy

All payments made to Hadron Infra Projects Pvt. Ltd., including booking amounts, advance payments, milestone-based payments, or full project payments, are non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Project cancellations by the client
• Change of mind or plans
• Delays due to approvals, third-party agencies, or force major events
• Any other reason not attributable to fault or negligence by Hadron Infra

We encourage clients to review project plans, terms, and cost estimates thoroughly before making any payments.

Exceptions

Hadron Infra Projects Pvt. Ltd. may, at its sole discretion, consider refund requests only in cases where a breach of contract or non-performance of agreed services is clearly demonstrated and acknowledged by our team. Such exceptions will be handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
